Restaurant Week Autumn 2024 Cathay Pacific Membership Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

 

During Restaurant Week Autumn 2024, Cathay members can book Restaurant Week set menus through the designated channel. Those who meet the rules will receive Asia Miles reward according to the following terms and conditions.

1. Bonus Miles for Seat-Booking:

- Members who successfully book event set menus of designated restaurants through the designated channels and complete the bookings can earn bonus miles per seat as follows:

Designated collection-joining restaurants are subject to the list displayed in the "Cathay Pacific Member Collection” at https://restaurantweek.diningcity.cn/.

2. ”Gourmet Map Check-In" Bonus:

Cathay members who book at "Gourmet Map Check-In" participating restaurants 2 or more times during the promotional period and successfully dine can receive an additional 500 miles, limited to the first 100 bookings.

Cathay members who book at "Gourmet Map Check-In" participating restaurants 3 or more times during each week of the promotional period, and whose activity restaurants are located in 2 or more different cities, can receive an additional 10,000 miles for the member with the highest number of successful dining experiences during the promotional period. If multiple members meet the conditions at the same time, the members who will receive the mile bonus will be selected based on the system-recorded first booking time, from earliest to latest.

3.Registration for New Cathay Members to Receive a 30 RMB Restaurant Week Voucher:

During the promotional period, those who successfully register for the first time as a Cathay Pacific member through the dedicated Cathay page linked from the DiningCity platform can receive a 30 RMB Restaurant Week voucher. The voucher can be used to offset the meal cost at designated restaurants, and the usage rules of the voucher are subject to the rules of the DiningCity platform, for details, see the voucher page.

4. Members book through designated channels and complete the bookings to enjoy the mileage rewards. Cancellations or no-shows will not qualify for the bonus miles.

- Members must provide the valid Cathay membership number and name (in pinyin or English letters) before booking to be eligible for the bonus miles. The information must match the travel documents exactly.

- One DiningCity member can only fill in Cathay membership number once, and cannot fill in multiple membership numbers. Once done, it cannot be modified or deleted. If you do not provide it before booking, or provides incorrect information, the bonus miles cannot be rewarded to the account.

6. The rewards from Activities 1, 2, 3 and 4 can be obtained concurrently, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective programs. All bonus miles will be added to the corresponding Cathay member account within 4-6 weeks after the event. All booking information is based on the booking time recorded in the DiningCity system. If there is a limit on the number of members who receiving bonus miles, the booking time recorded in the system will be sorted from front to back. Members with the earlier booking time will be given priority.

7. The Cathay membership number and name must be filled in by yourself. DiningCity cannot accept the request to add or modify the Cathay membership number and name.

8. Booking Limitations

- Each member can have only one booking per mealtime (brunch, lunch, or dinner) per day, with a maximum of 8 seats per booking.

- Each restaurant allows up to 2 pending bookings per guest. You need to attend the restaurant and complete the most recent booking or cancel the booking in accordance with the regulations before you can continue to make a booking at the restaurant.

9. Since some restaurants need to prepare ingredients and reserve limited seats in advance, they need to collect a deposit in advance before accepting bookings. Please check the instructions in the menu for details. If you do not pay as required in time, the booking will be invalid.

10. Cancellation and Modification:

- Customers must cancel or modify their bookings through DiningCity within the specified time, at least 1 hour before the meal. Cancellations or modifications made by phone, email, or direct contact with the restaurant are not valid.

- If you cannot arrive at the restaurant as scheduled, please cancel/modify online through DiningCity within the specified time. Cancellations or modifications made by phone, email, or direct contact with the restaurant are not valid.

- Cancellations/modifications must be made at least 1 hour before the meal, otherwise the booking will not be canceled and will be marked as a no-show by the restaurant.

- If the modification is unsuccessful, it may be because the number of seats during that time period is full or insufficient.

*Some restaurants have special requirements for cancellation/modification time. Cancellation/modification 1 hour before the meal is applicable to most restaurants. Please refer to the restaurant requirements of the guest’s booking for details.

11. The event set menus cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

12.

- Restaurants may adjust menus, operating hours, etc., due to operational needs, seasonal availability of ingredients, or other unforeseen factors. The final products or services received will be based on what the restaurant can provide. Please consult with the restaurant for specific matters.

- If you cannot accept the restaurant's modifications, you can choose to cancel your booking for free and not dine in the restaurant (there is no fee for cancellation).

13. The event is subject to other Cathay Membership Program, Asia Miles, and DiningCity platform terms and conditions.
